ESTATE TREASURES
I found this beautiful vintage set of pillow cases at the latest Estate Sale we attended.
I just can't pass up such pretty handy work. I enjoying imagining what the Lady was like that stitched them.
And were they made for a special occasion such as a wedding, or perhaps a Birthday gift?
I like to think that each stitch was done with love...much like my own are today.

A NEW FUN CRAFT PROJECT
A PROJECT FROM THE SEA
Thursday
ONE OF MY FAVORITE SHELLS FROM THE SEA
Tuesday
RECYCLED FURNITURE
I FINALLY got around to doing a project that I have been carrying with me during all my moves over several years.
It is vintage piece and I made sure the vintage handles would work on the new paint type.
It is a matching set and they both look real nice on each end of my couch in our living room.Any time I can refurbish and recycle I am a happy girl. I think it was worth keeping them around all these years.
Wednesday
POPPY POD WREATH
I used my POPPY PODS by filling a WREATH with all the PODS in my collection.
I attached a beautiful piece of DRIFTWOOD to finish off the section of POPPY PODS.
I like the look of this one.
I had collected these dried Poppy Pods while living in Montana and I am so glad I have finally followed my plan.
Tuesday
I NEED TO FIND MY PASSION AND GO WITH IT!
This is where I have chosen to show my love of crafting. I will show before, during and finally completed projects.
I have made a "TO DO LIST" of all the crafting projects I have been collecting up in my life that I have always dreamed of crafting. But doing this has given me the opportunity to really look at all the many craft projects that I have wanted to have the time to work on.
Since starting this collecting most of my life I know that I need to weed through all of them and decide what I really want to be doing with the rest of my life and my daily time.
What are my favorite projects?
What really speaks to me?
What really makes my heart happy to spend my time on?
A few crafts spoke to me from my heart. And these are the crafts that are my passion and I want to do them for the rest of my life. They take the least amount of product, the least amount of storage space and the least amount of work space. So they are all working out real well for me!
This is the list I have decided on....
TO DO LIST....
After this list is completed the crafts that I will continue with will be...
***Cross stitch projects/ embrodery
***beading jewelry
and most important....
***beading on an Indian loom.
These 3 crafts are the ones that I have decided that excite me the most and feel like they are my true passion. And I want to continue doing them for many days to come.
It feels good to free myself of so many crafts that really don't feel that important to me. I feel as though a large weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I am free to do my favorite crafts.
